Return Policy

Most products that are new and unopened can be returned to PROCRAFT Supply within 30 days.

Products that are received by PROCRAFT Supply in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from PROCRAFT Supply.
  • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please read our Report a shipping problem article for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This is would not be considered a return.
  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
  • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.

1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from delivery date you must contact Procraft Supply Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Procraft Supply will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under Procraft Supply’s one year limited warranty policy will be replaced at Procraft Supply’s cost. See “Returning ProductsUnder Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.

2. A copy of the Procraft Supply credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Procraft Supply invoice may be requested prior to Procraft Supply Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.

3. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Procraft Supply reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.

4. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email or call (888) 587-5540 , and provide the following information: Name, Address, Phone, Reason for Refund, Date of Purchase, Unit Serial Number

5. Upon written receipt of the RA number, send product to:

6. Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package.

7. A copy of the Procraft Supply credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Procraft Supply invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

8. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

9. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.

10. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Procraft Supply’s San Clemente, CA warehouse. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Procraft Supply is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

11. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

12. Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.

RETURNING PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY

1. Defective products are covered by Procraft Supply’s one-year limited warranty policy.

2. To return a product under the warranty policy, read and understand the Limited Warranty Policy at www.Procraft Supply.com.

3. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email or call (888) 587-5540, and provide the following information:Name Address Phone Reason for Return Date of Purchase Place of Purchase Unit Serial Number

4. Upon receipt of the RA number, send product to:

You have up to 30 days from Procraft Supply issuing your RA number to return your product to our facility. Products received after the 30 day period may be returned to you.

RESTOCKING FEES AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 30% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. PROCRAFT Supply may assess the restocking fee against the customer’s account or deduct the fee from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy. PROCRAFT Supply reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.
